Welcome to the Isle of Wight Gundog Club

The Club holds lots of events throughout the year. Whether it is Field Trials, Working Tests or Shows there is something for everyone. We also hold indoor show training and outdoor field training sessions for those wishing to work and show their dogs. The Club holds a monthly match at their usual training venue and a match of the year at the beginning of the year.

Isle of Wight Gundog Club Code of Conduct
Royal Kennel Club Code of Conduct should be adhered to at all KC events any breaches or objections of the rules should be reported in the appropriate way to the Show or Ft secretary on the day or to the RKC copying in the  Show/FT  Secretary  within seven days of the event with the required fee and paperwork.

IWGDC held their first working tests of the 2024 season on 25th February at Lessland Farm, Godshill. Despite a promising start to the day weather-wise my early afternoon the rain had arrived and had set in for the remainder of the day.
